What is the structure of the program?

This Program is a self-guided program where you are encouraged to do your workout 3 days a week.  You will check in with Coach Angie Be and your program weekly  as well as a  1 on 1 meeting with Coach Angie Be

Is this program suitable for beginners?

The objective of this program is to provide comprehensive support tailored for beginners and individuals encountering challenges. For those new to running, please don't hesitate to reach out with any inquiries or apprehensions. We offer the flexibility to adapt the program at any point to meet your physical requirements. Your well-being is our priority.

Running a Marathon

What is your cancellation policy?

This is a 12-week program. If you are unable to complete the full duration of the program, refunds are not available. However, we are pleased to offer a 50% discount toward enrollment in another program offered by Radiate Naturally.

Can I participate if I have specific health concerns or injuries?

Yes, if you have injuries or physical concerns please let Coach Angie Be know at the time of your introduction session. We will create and change the program for you to assist you in reaching your finish line. 

What is the process for tracking progress and measuring success?

We will track your success by how far you get. Whether you walk the whole race or run I want you cross the finish
